Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. May require a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Perform general support, design and administration of the current CISCO ICM platform and reporting to support business operations. Conduct modeling, trending, Monitor and coordinate activities to support operational performance management of the platform (e.g., uptime, maintenance etc.). Provide statistical financial and operational information. Provide analytical and operational support to the business unit
