Position Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location : Atlanta, GA
Experience Required : 10+ years
Required skills :
• Four-year college degree is required; B.S. degree in Information Technology/Business Administration is preferred
• Experience with developing functional design specifications
• Experience developing technical / systems design specifications
• Experience with and/or exposure to application development
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• 8-10 years experience with Oracle ERP Applications required
• Functional experience with Oracle Applications R12 module configuration and processes for the following Financial Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Oracle Purchasing required
• Experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing, Enterprise Asset Management is preferred
• Familiarity with the underlying Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to Financials Modules, application program interfaces (APIs), data elements, tables and views desirable
• Be able to work in Production environment. Will involve work during non-business hours and weekends as per the support requirement
• Familiarity with Application Desktop Integrator (ADI) and Oracle Business Intelligence
• Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements
• Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues with innovative solutions
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including proven meeting facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Will require occasional travel to company facilities
